Manager, Software Engineering - Collaboration

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience, plus 1-3 years of management experience
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through full-stack development cycles, from ideation to production, with a focus on building scalable, maintainable systems
• Background in web development, including proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js ) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Java Spring Boot)

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with Product Management, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to execute efficiently on complex projects
• Defining, monitoring, and upholding high standards of development quality through pull request review, code contribution, rigorous testing practices, and architecture oversight
• Taking an active stake in the careers of your direct reports. Their success is your success
• Building and retaining an industry-leading tech team through our recruiting pipeline and through your own network
