Summary

Figma is hiring a full-time ML Infrastructure team lead to manage, support, and grow a team responsible for designing and building scalable services to power Figma's infrastructure. The employee will also design infrastructure to train, deploy, and serve models at scale, partner directly with ML/AI leaders, engineers, and researchers to build internal tools, and evangelize best practices throughout the engineering team.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing an engineering team of at least 5 people
• 6+ years overall industry experience building and scaling distributed systems and infrastructure components
