Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience automating administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or People (HR) Operations, with familiarity in timekeeping and contract management systems (e.g., Jibble, Deel) preferred
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining IT systems, particularly timekeeping and contract platforms similar to Jibble and Deel
  • Strong skills in data accuracy, auditing, and implementing internal controls to ensure integrity and prevent fraud
  • Experience in automation, process optimization, and system integration to enhance performance and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Jibble and Deel systems, ensuring accurate timekeeping, contract updates, and compliance with organizational policies
  • Oversee data management processes, including entry, validation, and regular audits to maintain system integrity
  • Streamline and automate workflows, identifying opportunities to optimize system performance and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training as needed
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align system usage with organizational goals
  • Monitor and implement system updates, features, and integrations, ensuring timely adoption and training
