Managing Security Consultant

Summary

Join GuidePoint Security as an IGA Solutions Engineer and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of client Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint and/or Saviynt. You will gather and document technical requirements, design solutions, and act as a subject matter expert for client interactions. Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions with stakeholders are also key aspects of this role. This position requires extensive experience with IGA solutions, specific technologies, and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles. Requirements

• Have 6+ years of hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving SailPoint and/or Saviynt
• Have experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday)
• Possess knowledge of Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Have experience with SailPoint IIQ / IDN workflows including joiner, leaver, mover
• Have a solid understanding of the object models, rules, and policies
• Have experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
• Have experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Possess strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
• Have experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for implementation and enhancement of client IGA solutions (SailPoint / Saviynt)
• Gather and document technical requirements and design
• Act as subject matter expert for client discussions
• Provide mentoring and guidance to IGA engineers
• Provide feedback and direction on specific engineering tasks
