Join IXL Learning's Rosetta Stone Language Tutor Team as a Mandarin Language Tutor! This fully remote, part-time position (6-15 hours/week, 6am-9am ET weekdays) involves facilitating engaging online tutoring sessions for learners of all ages and skill levels. You will deliver high-quality instruction, provide actionable feedback, and adapt sessions to meet individual needs. As a native Mandarin speaker with a Bachelor's degree, you'll leverage your teaching experience and technological proficiency to create a positive learning environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with comfort using technology and a wired broadband internet connection. Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker
• Proven flexibility in schedule to meet the hours outlined in the above overview
• Completion of Bachelor's degree
• Must be comfortable with technology and have access to broadband Internet from a personal computer (Wired internet connection required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions in all products offered by Rosetta Stone
• Prepare and adapt sessions to meet the needs of both child and adult learners
• Provide actionable feedback in sessions to learners for areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching and/or tutoring experience preferred (familiarity with Rosetta Stone platforms desired)
• Strong proficiency with technology and online platform experience with web conferencing solutions preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, ability to teach grammar concepts
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
