Summary

CXG is inviting applicants to join its international team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience for top global luxury brands. As a part-time luxury brand evaluator, you will have the opportunity to evaluate multiple projects monthly and provide valuable feedback through questionnaires. Your tasks include conducting detailed evaluations of your favorite luxury brands in stores, online or both, objectively sharing your experiences, choosing evaluation tasks based on personal background and interests, and completing surveys after each evaluation. Your feedback directly influences brand strategy and helps shape their image, providing opportunities to make a lasting impact in the luxury market.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have experience as a luxury brand customer
• Maintain impartiality by not signing contracts or agreements with any retail brands
• Be punctual, organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• Observe carefully and have a passion for customer experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate your favorite luxury brands through in-store, online or combined evaluations
• Provide objective feedback through questionnaires
