Manual QA Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Manual QA Engineer and contribute to the improvement of our product by testing, finding bugs, and solving complex tasks. You will be working on API-related tasks and other web applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
• Experience writing and understanding Python code
• Experience with web projects
• Experience creating/leading test documentation (test case, test plan, checklist, etc.)
• Skills for independent creation of test documentation
• Experience working with testing management systems (e.g. TestRail)
• Knowledge and experience in testing concepts/methodologies
• Support for manual testing of new features implemented on the platform
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or other bug-tracking systems
• Understanding of ways to protect and test: SQL injections, XSS etc
• Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE queries
• Understanding of REST, experience working with Postman

Responsibilities

• Plan process testing
• Perform regular manual testing of website functionality
• Verify API endpoints for interaction between different systems
• Create bug reports
• Discuss fixes and new functionality with developers
• Write test documentation
