Manual Verification Specialist

Summary

Join Propelus, a healthcare compliance solutions company, as a Manual Verification Specialist. You will perform manual verifications of credentials, process public records requests, prioritize verifications based on urgency, communicate with clients, stay updated on policy changes, and conduct weekly audits. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks. The position offers flexible hours, including one weekend per month, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
• A high comfort level working with spreadsheets
• High attention to detail
• Ability to stay motivated and attentive while doing repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform manual verifications of credentials for EverCheck Clients who require it
• Perform sporadic Public Records requests when assigned
• Prioritize credential verification based on a tiered system of urgency
• Communicate when necessary with EverCheck Client Success Managers
• Stay educated about changes to verification policies for each credentialing board
• Perform weekly audits of MV history on a rotating basis
