Market & Competition Analyst

Summary

Join our Strategy team as a Market & Competition Researcher (Casual) to create, collate and share high-quality market, competitor and industry insight that informs our strategic direction.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in the research industry. Specifically competitor research, at least 2-3 years
• Strong knowledge of online gaming
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviews, Focus groups, surveys etc)
• Project Management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Basic/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Google Slides
• Ability to derive analysis from raw excel data files and report on findings through Powerpoint, Word, Google Slides, Google docs
• Experience with remote working or remote work management

Responsibilities

• Understand and document key market trends across different verticals
• Deep dive analysis into key players in the industry
• Work closely with other customer research team members and cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
• Collation and distillation of available information into reports, comparisons and insight for internal stakeholders
• Manage external agencies and contractors who produce research
