Summary

Join Servus Credit Union, Alberta's largest credit union, as a Market Insight Analyst! This 12-month, remote-first position (with occasional travel to Calgary or Edmonton) supports the Agile Marketing Team's campaign activities. You will conduct member, market, and product analysis to identify marketing and sales opportunities, create targeted campaign lists, and maximize ROI. Responsibilities include pre- and post-campaign analysis, performance tracking, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of marketing analytics experience (preferably in finance), and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in marketing analytics and campaign/ROI performance assessment, preferably within the financial industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Highly proficient with Excel
  • Intermediate level SQL and Power BI experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support Agile Marketing Squads, including planning, pre campaign analytics, data coordination, campaign QA and deployment support
  • Conduct Pre campaign analysis to identify marketing / sales opportunities and to create targeted digital campaign lists, marketing programs and segmented communications
  • Provide mid campaign tracking to enable necessary changes and pivots and post campaign KPI performance tracking and measurement
  • Assess past and ongoing marketing initiatives and provide recommendations to improve future performance
  • Assist in Servus' programs to track, capture and analyze member experience and sentiment
  • Prepare custom analysis projects into member behaviors, market trends and opportunities to provide insights and direction for implementation of company strategies and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with campaign management and deployment tools such as Marketo, Salesforce/Doxim MRM, and Pendo.io is an asset
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit) and their data formats is a plus
