Summary

The job is for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on Marketing at FREE NOW, a mobility company. The role involves analyzing marketing data, creating actionable insights, and supporting the Marketing department. The required qualifications include a degree in business studies, computer science, psychology or another subject with a significant mathematical, statistical or scientific focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and spoken English.

Requirements

  • Degree in business studies, computer science, psychology or another subject with a significant mathematical, statistical or scientific focus
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to handle database queries yourself (i.e. in SQL, R, Python, etc.)
  • You understand how to engage and influence decision-makers through data visualisation & storytelling using BI tools like Tableau
  • Familiarity with developing ETL pipelines (e.g. Airflow) or the motivation to learn
  • Experience working in Marketing Intelligence or Analytics working on a wide array of marketing campaigns and channels including consultancy for strategic and tactical marketing objectives

Responsibilities

  • You connect the requirements of your Marketing stakeholders with the expertise of our data team with regards to partner or tool implementation, tracking, aggregations and continuous improvement of our marketing data structure in the DWH
  • You actively support and consult the Marketing department with analyses, troubleshooting and recommendations focussing on all parts of the marketing lifecycle and strategy as well as keeping track of the big picture
  • You help stakeholders in accessing and understanding all relevant marketing KPIs in their reports and dashboards, while also evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM automations
  • You analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing engagement, while also developing customer segmentations to tailor marketing efforts and improve personalization
  • You will contribute to exploring, planning, and implementing new methods for measuring marketing effectiveness
  • You keep a constant and proactive eye out for potential improvements in analytics processes, data quality and data sources/tools

Preferred Qualifications

A plus, not a must - experience working with tracking providers, marketing partner interfaces and third party marketing data providers (i.e. Mobile App Tracking, Web Analytics, Google AdWords, tools for data aggregation and ingestion)
