Requirements

  • HS or GED equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Good organizational skills, time and project management
  • Technical skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

Responsibilities

  • Work with the marketing and sales team to manage marketing and sales initiatives that drive company revenue
  • Support dynamic marketing and sales strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
  • Collaborate with our sellers and business development representatives to identify and act on prospect and lead engagement
  • Identify and monitor unqualified or unresponsive leads for sales re-engagement
  • Routinely monitor and maintain CRM and HubSpot database hygiene to reduce bounce rates and resolve invalid or incorrect contact information
  • Identify new contacts for marketing campaigns, seller and BDR outreach
  • Assist sales and marketing team members in administrative tasks that support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Support sellers with scheduling meetings, document preparation and other administrative duties
  • Work with Product Marketing Specialist to update Marketing Roundup (Confluence page) with new marketing materials, collateral and scripts, when new materials are available
  • Organize pre and post attendee lists from trade shows, webinars and other events, using methods such as Vlookup for synchronization with CRM data
