Requirements
- HS or GED equivalent
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Good organizational skills, time and project management
- Technical skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing and sales team to manage marketing and sales initiatives that drive company revenue
- Support dynamic marketing and sales strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
- Collaborate with our sellers and business development representatives to identify and act on prospect and lead engagement
- Identify and monitor unqualified or unresponsive leads for sales re-engagement
- Routinely monitor and maintain CRM and HubSpot database hygiene to reduce bounce rates and resolve invalid or incorrect contact information
- Identify new contacts for marketing campaigns, seller and BDR outreach
- Assist sales and marketing team members in administrative tasks that support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Support sellers with scheduling meetings, document preparation and other administrative duties
- Work with Product Marketing Specialist to update Marketing Roundup (Confluence page) with new marketing materials, collateral and scripts, when new materials are available
- Organize pre and post attendee lists from trade shows, webinars and other events, using methods such as Vlookup for synchronization with CRM data
