Join Verizon, a leading provider of technology and communications services, as an intern in the Consumer Marketing and Strategy teams. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelorโ€™s degree program majoring in Marketing, Entertainment and Media Technology, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related field, with an expected completion date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Project experience and/or coursework in marketing, strategy, data analytics, media, design, finance, consulting, product management or product development, or a related field
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ, New York City, NY, Alpharetta, GA, or Irving, TX. As noted, relocation may be provided in certain situations. If relocation is required, you must be able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation to the office location

Responsibilities

  • Work on high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 10-week experience
  • Take part in meaningful work and real-life projects within the Consumer Marketing and Strategy Organizations that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program
  • Work side by side with marketing and product leaders to champion, develop, manage and drive key relationships that are critical to the success of our business and impact our customers
  • Contribute to Verizonโ€™s Go-To-Market, Disaster Relief, Budget & Pricing, Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, overall Marketing Plan and Internal Events
  • Work with the team supporting Verizon's content business across its growing number of platforms and services. Projects can include content partnerships, and linear & digital content deals for Fios/5G Home/Wireless
  • Leverage critical thinking and sharp problem-solving skills (e.g., data-backed analysis, data science tools, valuation methods, hypothesis-driven approach, research and strategy frameworks) to support the design and execution of new solutions
  • Assist in conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses on emerging trends and upcoming potential disruptions across the markets we play in, including making recommendations for future areas of focus to drive growth
