Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or experience in related fields preferred
  • Prior experience in marketing assistant roles in production, content editing, or similar
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in editing software and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate with KOLs
  • A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and content creation

  • Must be able to lift weights up to 50LBS
  • Occasional travel up to 25% is required

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of on-location production tasks, including set preparation, equipment setup, and logistics with willingness to travel
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations during filming or recording sessions
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, travel itineraries, organizing files, and managing inventory
  • Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and graphics
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and production processes
  • Be able to create In-House UGC Content Creation (training will be provided)
  • Be able to brainstorm relevant and trendy content ideas for socials
  • Work closely with various teams, including production, marketing, and creative, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration
