Requirements

  • Requires bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical skills with both hardware and software products
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Analytics software (Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take complex ideas and information and translate these into an understandable and actionable set of recommendations and findings
  • Ability to coordinate remotely via audio/video conferencing
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to interact with team members and customers (internal and external) in a professional manner
  • Ability to set and maintain project delivery timelines with regular updates to key stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Assist product marketing teams with creating new marketing literature and sales support tools and videos
  • Develop advertising content (including web and social media) to support marketing strategies
  • Support launch activities for new software releases
  • Maintain and update internal and external tools with latest marketing materials and messaging
  • Assist with tradeshows, conferences, and other events
  • Develop and share key strategic insights through data analysis and visualization
  • Conduct competitive product research
