Marketing Coordinator Mid-Senior

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven experience in marketing coordination, particularly within retail or product-focused environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally within retail, distribution, or a product-focused environment
• Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to constant change
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest innovative, results-driven improvements
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently

Responsibilities

• Be an owner of physical product packaging and manufacturing management
• Work with account managers and their accounts to design and implement ROI positive marketing campaigns
• Organize promotional activities in retail for new and existing products/services
• Collaborate with the creative teams to produce promotional assets and materials
• Be responsible for channel marketing content & quality
• Develop and maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
• Set up tracking and reporting for channel marketing activities
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
• Identify and analyze competitors’ actions
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly and high level annual) forecasts
• Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
