Requirements

• Prior marketing experience, including a previous internship. Content creation and design work is a plus
• You are proficient with Canva and/or Figma. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and Asana is a plus
• You are excited to learn about how AI is impacting marketing and explore the different tools/use cases
• You are detail-oriented, well-organized and have strong communication skills
• You want to grow and learn at a fast-growing Climate Tech startup and have an interest in energy efficiency , building automation, or climate change

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, LinkedIn content, email newsletters, and advertisements
• Own the execution and maintenance of the monthly content calendar
• Manage our LinkedIn page by monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
• Lead in analyzing marketing data to track trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights by using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, ABM, and more
• Help coordinate marketing events or webinars, including logistics and outreach
• Leverage AI tools to find efficiencies and improvements for the marketing team
• Work with other departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to support cohesive marketing strategies
• Conduct market research on competitors and trends in the energy efficiency and building automation industry
• Learn about energy efficiency and building automation to effectively write and talk about parity

• Flexible work environment: We offer a mix of in-office and remote work. Employees are expected to work a minimum of two days per week from our office in midtown Manhattan
