Summary

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in brand marketing and a passion for the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques. Experience with TRIBE, Dash Hudson is a plus
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to brand marketing and partnership strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from and support team members

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing 360 go-to market strategies and campaigns to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement
  • Create internal reports on campaign performances, product updates, calendar changes/additions, and any other key information to keep the team up to date
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table with a willingness to contribute new perspectives and creative solutions
  • Help identify, engage with, and manage relationships with potential partners and collaborators. Assist in coordinating partnership agreements and collaborations
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and partnership opportunities
  • Aid in managing press needs, including gathering information needed from cross functional partners for press releases, making sure PR agencies have necessary samples/stock for send outs, and aggregating and reporting on all press mentions weekly
  • Help organize and execute brand events, product launches, and other promotional activities
  • Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and partnerships. Prepare reports and insights to guide decision-making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ops, sales, product development, design, and social to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals
  • Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining market materials, and managing project timelines
  • Create and maintain monitoring key documents on a regular basis. (launch date calendars, creative briefs, etc.)
