Requirements

• Experienced B2B marketing pro, with 5 years+ of proven track record in a leadership role
• Experience managing a talented marketing team (3-10 people) with Growth, Content and Product marketing functions
• Interest in the crypto industry
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Creative energy with an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the entire demand generation process for Cryptio’s growing Enterprise business, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, including a Growth Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Senior Designer, and Growth Associate
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue generation
• Take ownership of Crypto Finance Forum - maintain its reputation as the premier event for CFOs and finance pro’s in crypto
• Work closely with the sales team to develop ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for targeting crypto enterprises and financial institutions
• Oversee product marketing efforts, ensuring that product positioning, messaging, and market fit are aligned with business objectives
• Drive content marketing strategies that elevate Cryptio's brand presence, educating prospects and customers about our product offerings and industry thought leadership
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, optimizing strategies based on performance data
• Leverage data to continually refine campaigns and measure success against marketing objectives
