Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a program manager or senior consultant, with a focus on global marketing operations in the B2B or technology sectors
  • Expertise working with international teams across regions and time zones, understanding regional nuances, localization best practices, and achieving consensus on process refinements
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and tooling such as Azure DevOps; experience in large-scale marketing programs or campaigns a plus
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr and proven experience in process optimization
  • Demonstrated success working across teams (marketing, product, MarTech) and leading projects with a focus on operational excellence
  • Skilled in using data to inform strategy, track KPIs, and report on performance, with a strong ability to translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities while maintaining a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, focusing on process optimization, efficiency, and scalability within a B2B tech environment
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance protocols, and best practices while streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks across the team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Microsoftโ€™s marketing, product, and events teams to align goals, share insights, and track program progress
  • Work with leads across community management, governance, and editorial to align campaigns and scale processes globally across social channels (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing operations
  • Act as a thought leader and internal consultant, educating teams on best practices, measurement frameworks, and innovation opportunities within the community and marketing spaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoftโ€™s Global Demand Center
  • Expertise in managing social media programs in B2B environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $52 - $54/hour
  • Remote supporting PST hours
