Requirements

  • Experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales tooling, preferably HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6sense and Full Circle Insights
  • Familiar with digital marketing strategies
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing tech stack, ensuring integrations and processes run smoothly across platforms
  • Oversee critical data management tasks, including list uploads and segmentation, lead scoring, lead and target account management, and database organization
  • Own the accuracy and cleanliness of our marketing database, focusing on data enrichment, segmentation, and hygiene across platforms
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Manage campaign execution, including setup, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Assist in marketing performance reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping drive data-driven decision-making
  • Provide training and support to team members, primarily within our Sales Development team on go-to-market (GTM) tools and processes
