Requirements

• 1-2 years of graphic/web design experience
• Strong visual design skills

Responsibilities

• Design a range of assets: landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, emails, newsletters, case studies, social media, ads etc
• Define and maintain Visual Identity and Guidelines
• Design, maintain, and evolve the modular system for the website landing pages, marketing assets
• Analyze the website visits stats to learn and improve its conversion rate and experience
• Produce a data-informed design for the website by taking into account existing constraints and business needs
• Work closely with our marketing team
• Research and analyze visitors’ behavior, obstacles, and issues with Eleken’s website
• Articulate and present your design ideas and hypotheses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of working with Webflow
• Ability to make custom illustrations / Drawing skills
• Motion design skills
