Summary

The job is for a UI/UX Designer at Eleken, a retainer agency that creates products for US and European markets. The role involves designing various assets, maintaining visual identity, analyzing website visits stats, and working closely with the marketing team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of graphic/web design experience
• Strong visual design skills
• Familiarity with Webflow

Responsibilities

• Design a range of assets: landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, emails, newsletters, case studies, social media, ads etc
• Use Webflow to update and develop new website pages
• Define and maintain Visual Identity and Guidelines
• Design, maintain, and evolve the modular system for the website landing pages, marketing assets
• Analyze the website visits stats to learn and improve its conversion rate and experience
• Produce a data-informed design for the website by taking into account existing constraints and business needs
• Work closely with our marketing team
• Research and analyze visitors’ behavior, obstacles, and issues with Eleken’s website
• Articulate and present your design ideas and hypotheses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of working with Webflow
• Ability to make custom illustrations / Drawing skills
• Motion design skills
