Math Educational Content Editor - Assessments

Summary

Join Education Perfect, an EdTech platform, as a contract-based Mathematics Educational Content Editor. This role involves transforming and adapting curriculum-aligned content into engaging online assessments for the Education Perfect platform. The contract runs from December 2024 to February 2025, requiring approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, manage your tasks using online tools, and meet quality targets. This position offers flexible working hours, remote work, comprehensive training, and ongoing support from the Education Perfect Content Team. Payment is based on deliverables.

Requirements

• Have relevant experience in editing, publishing or digital content creation
• Have proven subject-matter expertise in Mathematics
• Have experience with mathematical equation writing (LaTeX or similar)
• Have experience in instructional design or a background in educational content development
• Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
• Have strong attention to detail to ensure our instructional design standards are reached

Responsibilities

• Edit/transform Ontario curriculum-aligned content from a script to the EP Platform
• Communicate with a cross-functional team to edit content and publish on our platform
• Meet quality and effectiveness targets in all tasks
• Manage your project tasks and time via online tools and software
