• Willingness to start work early in the morning and maintain punctuality in daily work

Responsibilities

• Create personalized study plans and manage the entire user journey from initial contact to course enrollment
• Conduct 1-on-1 video planning sessions with users to explain math problems and evaluate students' learning ability
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide efficient and high-quality service
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, continuously optimizing course content and service quality
• Collaborate with the team on curriculum development and design
