Summary

The position is remote in Taiwan and focuses on media strategy and buying, account management, and leading client-focused teams. Requirements

  • 5-9 years of media agency experience in digital buying or media strategy, or as a marketer at a video game developer or publisher
  • Leading the day-to-day media strategy process from research and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring campaigns meet client expectations
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex client relationships and presenting fully-realized media campaigns and strategies
  • Collaboration with various agency departments and disciplines, such as creative, programmatic, and data teams
  • Strong project management, budget management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Client-facing presentation experience, including leading regular status calls, presenting media recommendations, and campaign analyses
  • English proficiency (minimum C1 level) and native-level Mandarin proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-focused teams in strategizing and executing full-cycle media campaigns
  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic insights and recommendations as a client leader and account manager for clients running media campaigns globally
  • Meet and exceed client expectations as their paid media subject matter expert
  • Provide direction on day-to-day tasks, time management, and project workflows
  • Work closely with our agency’s senior management team on strategy, client satisfaction, and other elements of success

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience managing associate- to planner-level employees (management of experienced employees is strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in audience and media research tools such as MRI, SRDS, GWI, SimilarWeb, and Pathmatics (strongly preferred)
