Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- Some experience of project management or program management within a Medical Affairs team
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of AdvaM compliance standards and guidelines
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com or similar tools)
Responsibilities
- Track medical affairs projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives. This includes medical education programs, grants, metrics and salesforce.com projects
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Compliance, Clinical, Marketing, and other teams to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including the medical affairs team and the executive leadership team to ensure project progress and compliance
- Manage department budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence from the medical affairs team
- Ensure proper collection, analysis, and presentation of education metrics
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and meeting minutes
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or similar project management certification
Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $83,000 to $110,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options
