Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some experience of project management or program management within a Medical Affairs team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of AdvaM compliance standards and guidelines
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com or similar tools)

Responsibilities

  • Track medical affairs projects, ensuring on-time delivery, effective resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives. This includes medical education programs, grants, metrics and salesforce.com projects
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Compliance, Clinical, Marketing, and other teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including the medical affairs team and the executive leadership team to ensure project progress and compliance
  • Manage department budget tracking, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence from the medical affairs team
  • Ensure proper collection, analysis, and presentation of education metrics
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and meeting minutes
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or similar project management certification

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $83,000 to $110,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options
