Medical Billing/RCM Trainer

Summary

The job is for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) SME or Trainer in Medical Billing at Neolytix, a boutique consulting company. The role involves leading and training new hires, performance management, implementing need-based training, and learning and training new technologies. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Medical Billing
• Good English communication skills both written and oral

Responsibilities

• Performance Management of trainees
• Guide, mentor and motivate trainees to meet their targets for each training phase
• Monitor and maintain performance reports of trainees on a regular basis
• Conduct regular feedback sessions
• Implement need-based training on an as-needed basis in coordination with other departments
• Learn and train new technologies and explore new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably someone who has experience as a trainer
