Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any medical allied course
• 3 - 5 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience (Preferably in a BPO setting)
• Extensive Medical Scribes/Transcriptionist experience (Audio and Live)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team leaders and other departments to identify and implement strategies that improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless communication across the organization
• Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to team members, offering insights and developing action plans to enhance program performance and skill development
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on significant program activities, addressing any issues or concerns through calls, emails, meetings, and detailed reports
• Oversee the performance of the transcription team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of services
• Create, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the transcription program to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and overall program success
• Perform other managerial tasks as required, including resource allocation, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
