Join MedSpecialized, Inc. and work as a Remote Medical Transcriptionist for DrCatalyst, a remote healthcare staffing organization. This full-time night shift position (Philippine time) is open to those outside Cebu province with solid medical transcription experience. Requirements

• Medical Allied and Non Medical Allied graduates are welcome to apply
• Solid 1 year experience as a Medical Transcriptionist is a must
• Good attention to detail
• Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription
• Good listening, comprehension, and research skills
• Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written
• Knowledgeable in medical terminologies
• Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction
• Trainings and certifications will be provided
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

Responsibilities

• Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from client
• Convert audio file and download to express scribe
• Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day
• Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client
• Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors
• Enter data in IMS Visit Note once proofreading is completed
• Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note
• Complete all dictations for the day from the client
• Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests
