Medium/Senior SAP BTP Cloud Developer

Summary

Join our team as a Medium/Senior SAP BTP Cloud Developer! This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Poland, starting in February 2025 for a long-term project with a global IT services and consulting company. You will develop and deploy applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), utilizing SAP CAP, Node.js, and TypeScript. Collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical support are key aspects of this role. Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP BTP development, particularly with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript development within the SAP ecosystem
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA databases and OData services
• Experience with SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and integration technologies such as APIs and SAP Gateway
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong focus on SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• Design, build, and integrate solutions within the SAP ecosystem using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build scalable and maintainable cloud applications with SAP CAP best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through comprehensive unit testing and peer code reviews
• Optimize performance and ensure security for CAP-based cloud applications
• Provide documentation and technical support for developed solutions
