Summary

NOCD is seeking a licensed mental health therapist based in Ohio to join their team. As a NOCD therapist, you will provide top-notch care for people with OCD through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform. The role requires a full and unrestricted license in good standing, a masters degree, at least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies, and availability for evening/weekend sessions.

Requirements

  • Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state
  • Masters Degree Required
  • Ohio: (Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Independent Social Worker)
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)
  • Have 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time for Member Sessions

Responsibilities

  • Help people with OCD get better and stay better by providing top-notch care through diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform
  • Manage your caseload and schedule
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system
  • Participate in NOCD clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatments for OCD

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferable but not required
