Summary

Join Lyra Health as a full-time Renew Therapist and provide specialized outpatient substance use support through live video sessions. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., MI, ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
  • Substance use treatment experience in settings such as Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient or Residential Rehabilitation and/or training in substance use treatment
  • Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
  • Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult clients/week (30 potential bookable calendar spots)
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized outpatient substance use support through live video sessions
  • Manage a dedicated caseload of clients
  • Utilize evidence-based treatments and digital tools to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, including physicians and other clinicians, through regular consultations and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings
  • Attend a Renew multidisciplinary team meeting, where you’ll have access to medical consultations with an expert physician
  • Attend ongoing, robust trainings to enhance your clinical skills, including Renew workshops on AUD/SUD clinical topics led by physicians and clinical psychologists

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy)
  • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
