Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field
- CEU certifications and on-going training in health-related field
- Knowledge of Excel, Zoom, and comfortability with technology
- Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards
- Confidential location to work from and stable internet is important
Responsibilities
- Support Discharge Planning nationwide with Virtual IOP Programming (CA, CT, TX, MD, FL)
- Actively participates in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team meetings
- Serves as the liaison between the clinical and Outreach department
- Facilitates psychoeducational groups at the directive of the program manager
- Shares pertinent information with team as obtained from clientβs family, or others as indicated throughout the program
- Recognizes, responds to and assists in psychiatric crisis situations and provide the intervention necessary
- Develop resources to provide clinical and clients in order to meet client needs after treatment
- Communicates effectively with client and interdisciplinary team regarding client needs
- Assists with chart documentation and compliance
