Mental/Behavioral Health Client Leader II

Summary

Join our team as a Client Leadership Manager and contribute to the success of our firm by building and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with targeted clients. As a key member of our Mental/Behavioral Health Market, you will lead client and team leadership activities, engage in business development, and champion Living-Centered Design.

Requirements

• Must have at least 12 years of experience in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading, engaging and partnering with our clients on billable project-specific work
• Fostering strong long term client relationships, driving successful project outcomes and financial success
• Developing new net signed fee opportunities for our markets, practices, and service lines
• Leading and mentoring project teams and engaging with the practice to advance the firm, the office, the market, and our services
