• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, Data Entry, Vlookups, and Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of Zendesk Ticketing System

• Ability to navigate through competing priorities

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all our vendors while placing purchase orders, following up on tracking, invoices, and vendor confirmations
• Assist vendors/customers via phone and email regarding order and/or account inquiries
• Self-starter; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain accurate correspondence and records of vendor communications, including current vendor information regarding cost, availability, reorders, and general product information
• General administrative duties and support, including special projects on an “as needed” basis for the merchant operations team
• Critical problem-solver capable of streamlining, improving processes, and troubleshooting

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $20-$22/Hour
• This is currently a remote role
