Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP sales and pre-sales with a focus on Business Central
  • Proven track record of engaging with customers and completion of at least 5 Business Central sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions to translate business needs into software capabilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Exceptional Service and customer orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate customer requirements to provide expert product insights and tailored recommendations
  • Define optimized technical and functional designs that align with customer needs, focusing on demonstrating the value of Business Central during pre-sales engagements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to craft proposals and presentations
  • Delivery high-impact demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities to highlight how the solution addresses business challenges
  • Proactively support the sales process by monitoring and managing deliverables tied to potential and ongoing engagements

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in another language is an advantage
