Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Product Manager in the Gamification and Engagement area. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role focused on user engagement, ideally in a B2C or B2B2C digital product environment
  • Proven ability to drive user engagement through gamification, behavioral design, or other engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • A strong bias for action and a passion for testing, learning, and iterating quickly
  • Experience in negotiating with leadership and aligning stakeholders on product strategy
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for driving the evolution of Wellhub's Engagement and Gamification plan, working closely with the hiring manager to define the strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and data analysts, to implement and optimize engagement features
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making
  • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize the effectiveness of engagement initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, effectively communicating the impact of engagement strategies on key business metrics
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in gamification and user engagement
  • Foster a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Exposure to product development teams and understanding of how Product, Engineering, and Design operate together
