Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in web design, with a portfolio showcasing work in branding and motion
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma
• Expertise in After Effects, Principle, Cavalry or similar motion design tools
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills
• Language: Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Soft Skills: Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Create stunning web layouts, landing pages, and interactive experiences that align with our client’s brand identity
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Motion Graphics: Develop engaging animations and micro-interactions for websites and digital campaigns
• Collaborate: Work closely with the client and our internal team of devs to bring concepts to life
• Optimize: Ensure designs are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across devices
