Middle Data Scientist, LLM Engineer

Join Diabolocom's AI team as a Data Scientist LLM Engineer and contribute to the development and optimization of cutting-edge AI solutions for customer relations. You will work with state-of-the-art language models, refine prompt structures, architect JSON schemas, and implement models using Python. This role requires a Master's or Ph.D. in a related field, at least 5 years of experience with LLMs and NLP, and fluency in Python. Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working on orchestrating Language Models/Machine Learning in business cases
• Proven track record of working on NLP projects, with a focus on LLM and RAG frameworks
• Fluency in Python programming
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for training and fine-tuning LLM models
• A genuine interest in Data/ Telecom / innovative solutions in modern consumer technologies
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Curiosity and autonomy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and in English

Responsibilities

• Work with state-of-the-art proprietary and Open Source language models, transforming user scenarios and product applications into optimized AI models
• Operate and perfect systems for qualifying and automating this process, including generation of synthetic data and collection of detailed precision metrics
• Continuously refine, document and optimize PROMPT structures, using anonymized synthetic & customer data to refine the accuracy of the model
• Architect and document the optimal use of JSON schemas by developing structured data architectures from natural language tasks
• Use Python programming to implement and test models for automatic correction/improvement of JSON schemas
• Refine qualitative benchmarks dataset and evaluation pipelines
• Train models to reason fast and efficiently
