Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, including 1+ years in international procurement in IT or marketing categories
• Knowledge of the Procurement Sourcing Framework
• Understanding of IT/marketing procurement categories
• Expertise to conduct thorough cost/benefit analyses
• Strong negotiation skills for effective relationship management
• Project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level for speaking and C1 for writing)

Responsibilities

• Forecast and manage demand to align procurement activities with company needs
• Conduct cost analysis, scenario planning, and risk management to optimize purchasing decisions
• Monitor price and market trends to inform procurement strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable suppliers, ensuring performance meets company standards
• Ensure new and existing contracts compliance with company requirements and policies
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders, documenting needs and ensuring transparency of the selection and contracting processes
