Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a Software Developer, Security Researcher, or a similar role
• Proven experience in code testing (e.g. unit, integration testing)
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English

Responsibilities

• Analyzing new security vulnerabilities in open-source Python applications and frameworks
• Backporting upstream patches to fix vulnerabilities in earlier versions
• Researching new trends in exploitation techniques and malware approaches, and developing mitigation strategies
• Increasing the coverage of supported Python applications and plugins

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of the security vulnerabilities life cycle
• Hands-on experience in researching vulnerabilities within Python applications
