Middle/Senior Project manager

Summary

ELEKS is seeking a Middle/Senior Project Manager to work on a project for Baxter in Poland, Germany, or Croatia. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience managing projects, fluency in English and German, knowledge of SAP principles and EVM model, expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, understanding of project financials, proficiency in using project management tools, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on goal-oriented work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing projects
• Fluency in English and German
• A foundational knowledge of SAP principles and modules
• Practical experience in using the EVM model
• Proven expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• A strong understanding of project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resource utilization)
• Proven knowledge of project management principles
• Good working knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project
• Basic knowledge of business administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
• Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by team
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicing
• Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
• Serve as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities. Develop lasting relationships with client’s representatives that foster trust and goodwill
• Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
