Middle/Senior QA Engineer

Summary

Join our 100% remote team based anywhere in LATAM and work on cutting-edge global fintech projects. As a key member of a small, collaborative team, you will define and own test strategies and QA processes for large-scale digital transformations. You will build and maintain automated test frameworks (UI, API, database), collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include driving automation across CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and conducting workshops and knowledge transfers. Requirements

• Postman Proficient in collections, environments, variables, writing tests, using Newman, and Jenkins integration
• Cypress Experience writing UI automation, understanding browser interaction, and test suite maintenance
• Databases Confident with SQL (CRUD, Joins), schema understanding, and stored procedures
• AWS Hands-on with EC2, S3, and Domino
• Jenkins Experience building pipelines, CI/CD knowledge, and Blue Ocean familiarity
• Test Automation Mindset — Ability to build frameworks, troubleshoot, and optimize for scalability
• Advanced English level You should be able to sustain daily conversations in English
• Profeissional Russian level You should be able to sustain daily conversations in Russian
