Mid/Enterprise Technology Consultant

Summary

Join Clearlink as a Mid/Enterprise Technology Consultant and deliver exceptional services beyond standard phone and internet solutions. You'll work with multiple suppliers to find the best fit for customers, maximizing revenue and closing sales. Leverage your sales experience and problem-solving skills to manage a large book of business, up-sell customers, and lead trainings. This role requires confidence in speaking to C-level executives and the ability to navigate multiple systems, including G-suite. Responsibilities

• Monthly revenue attainment goals
• Answer internal transfers from our SMB team
• Outbound dial leads lists (Provided for you)
• Up-sell customers beyond the basic service requested
• Manage and maintain a large book of business
• Follow up with current and potential customers regularly
• Lead trainings to help drive leads from SMB team
• Work with back-office to ensure fulfillment of orders
• Sell into Enterprise markets
