Mid-Level Business Analyst/Tester

Summary

Join Dev Technology as a Business Analyst/Tester and contribute to mission-critical projects for the federal government. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Experience with managing an Agile development lifecycle
• Experience with multiple projects running concurrently
• Azure DevOps and Jira/TFS experience
• Gather requirements, talk to user communities, research issues, document solutions
• Create user stories and tasks in TFS, and lead administration of TFS
• Interact with customers and end users regarding any aspect of the applications
• Create functional test plans and execute system testing
• Support technical staff with clear written and verbal stakeholder communication
• Help Desk /Tier II Experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or equivalent) clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer and the Agile team members to analyze requirements to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met in both application modernization efforts, as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) for existing applications
• Create and track work items for multiple applications within TFS, followed by testing
• Test multiple applications after development
• Track development progress across modernization and O&M applications
• Provide development status to PM on an ad hoc request basis
• Provide Help Desk/Tier II support and routing

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• Data analytics experience
