Responsibilities

  • Learning, using, and optimizing our deployment process
  • Manually testing across a suite of applications during the sprint cycle
  • Supporting the development team in testing new builds and functionality
  • Advocating for quality and engagement through issue tracking in Jira
  • Pushing releases for the entire Drops catalogue
  • Documenting for traceability
  • Contributing to and delivering the wider QA roadmap
  • Collaborating regularly with support to discuss and prioritize quality issues
  • Communicating effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Engaging with and monitoring KPIs related to issue rates, crash rates, automation, and overall quality
