Mid-Market Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Ada as a Sales Development Representative and be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will become an expert in Ada's AI chatbot software, consulting with prospective clients to understand their needs and how Ada can help. This role involves crafting personalized campaigns, qualifying leads, and becoming a product expert. You will utilize various sales tools and collaborate with Account Executives. Responsibilities

• Craft and deploy personalized omni-channel campaigns to prospective clients
• Qualify prospective clients on video and phone calls
• Become an Ada product expert
• Develop new outbound prospecting strategies, and optimize existing ones
• Use modern sales tools including Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts

Have previous SaaS experience
