Mid-Senior Draughtsman

Join our team at Canibuild as a Drafting and Detailing Specialist, where you will create detailed construction drawings, manage workload, and collaborate with builders and architects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Architectural or Civil Draughtsperson
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Excellent communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D construction drawings for pools, sheds, houses, and other structures as required
• Prepare Good for Construction, Shop Drawings, and Approval Drawings
• Ensure all drawings adhere to building codes and local regulations in Australia and the USA
• Manage workload to meet project deadlines
• Prioritize tasks and handle client requests efficiently
• Work closely with builders and architects to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with the global team to ensure consistency and quality
