Mid-Senior Graphic Designer

Summary

Join Zelh Tech, a company designing and building digital products, as a Mid-to-Senior Graphic Designer. You will create and evolve brand identities, design illustrations, and support product and web teams with visual assets. Responsibilities include producing high-quality visuals for marketing and collaborating with product and marketing teams. You will also mentor a mid-level designer and ensure design consistency across projects. The role requires 2+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and strong visual storytelling skills. Flexible working hours and a remote/hybrid work mode are offered.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience in-house or at a creative agency/studio
• A strong commercial portfolio showcasing branding, digital product, and web design (include 5–8 Behance projects)
• Proficiency in Figma , Photoshop , and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and brand expression
• Confident in leading design critiques, delegating tasks, and mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve brand identities, including logos, visual systems, decks, and print materials
• Design illustrations, iconography, and AI-generated imagery for digital and print use
• Support product and web teams with branded assets, UI illustrations, and visual enhancements
• Produce high-quality visuals for marketing, campaigns, and social media
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align creative direction with business strategy
• Oversee and mentor a mid-level designer, providing feedback and elevating output quality
• Ensure consistency and high design standards across multiple projects and brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple brands or business divisions is a major plus
• Motion design or experience using AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney )
